How soon must I cancel my appoinment?We at A-Lastin Cleaning LLC understand that things happen out of our control! We do ask that you try and cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any cleaning products/materials or equipment?No, unless you have specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do you wash windows?Unfortunately, we do not wash the outside of windows. We do dust the window seal, but for extra we can clean the inside of the windows.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?No, we at A-Lastin Cleaning LLC Completely understand that in life things come up.

What type of payments do you accept?Check, Cash, PayPal, and Cash App are the only forms of payments at this time.

How do you charge?The price is based on sq. footage, pets, hardwoods, stainless steel, etc. Every Home is different and would require a free quote, so you get the cleaning at a fair price.

What if I give you a referral?This is the highest compliment that someone can give us. For each referral you will receive $10.00 off your next cleaning.

Do I have to sign a contract?No, we do not require a contract.

What if we have pets?We at A-Lastin Cleaning LLC love pets, our products are pet friendly and safe.

Why should I hire a cleaning service?The number one reason you should hire a cleaning service is to save valuable time. Hiring a good cleaning service will give you more time with family and friends. We at A-Lastin Cleaning LLC live by our slogan LIVE CLEAN.

What if I am not satisfied with my service?We are not happy untill you are! For any reason you are not satisfied with your serivce just contact us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean at no charge to you.
